Heritage Safaris

Experience counts for much in the Hunting Safari industry…..and the Amm family have plenty of that.

Rex Amm has been guiding clients on Hunting Safaris since 1986 and he has become something of a legend in the Eastern Cape with his success at satisfying clients in their quest to hunt some of the most difficult and elusive animals in the area…..with Blue Duiker, Bushbuck and Caracal listed among those species.

In the ensuing years clients have not only enjoyed successful Hunting Safaris but have also enjoyed and shared his special brand of personal hospitality, love of wildlife and appreciation of the beautiful area in which the Hunting Safaris are conducted.

Rex has now handed over the reins, along with his immense experience, to his grandson Simon who will re commence the Hunting Safaris in 2017.

These Safari experiences will include the hunting of Cape Buffalo, Sable Antelope, Kudu, Nyala, Bushbuck, Impala, Zebra, Giraffe and the many other indigenous species on Lindale.

The cornerstone values of Lindale Hunting Safaris will be built on Tradition, Heritage and Exclusivity, with only one hunting party being present at any given time.

Guests will be accommodated in the 200 year old historical manor house which has been elegantly restored and furnished according to the expectations of the modern Safari guest, while hunting in the beautiful surrounds of this farm.

Trophies are field prepared, stored, dipped and packed on the farm.

Travel to Lindale is very convenient, through the Port Elizabeth International Airport which is 125km away or directly into Grahamstown’s airport by Charter.

The Family and the employees have a mixture of English, Xhosa and Dutch heritage and the evolved South African cuisine is an experience which will delight our guests.

We look forward to hearing from you…
